Registered Attendees

No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.

Yes, you will not be allowed into the event with email confirmation of the receipt. We will provide a badge on-site.

You’re fully registered to attend! There’s nothing else you need to do other than block your day off. Just show up to the event with your photo ID or confirmation email and we’ll share your conference badge on-site

Conference Costs

The conference is free to attend for those who qualify for a complimentary "All-Access Pass." Criteria for this pass can be found here. For those who don’t qualify for a complimentary pass, the current price of the standard passes ("Tech" and "Agency") can be found on the registration page here.

We offer custom discounts for groups of 2 or more partners. Shoot me a note at abhi@dtcexperts.co with the subject line "Group Passes for {Company_Name}" and I'll get back to you soon!

We do not offer any refunds on passes or sponsorships. If you purchased or received a pass as part of a sponsorship, registration may be transferred to a suitable colleague, as long as it is approved by the DTC Experts team first. Send refund or transfer requests to abhi@dtcexperts.co.

Our ticket pricing tiers increase a few times before the event date, please register ASAP to secure the current price, once the tier has increased we have to honor the new price.

Application Process

You will have to wait to receive an email saying if you were accepted. This email should come within 24-48 hours from when you applied. If accepted, you will be automatically registered for the conference and have no further steps, other than blocking your day off. If rejected, you may still attend the conference but you’ll have to either purchase a standard pass or a sponsorship. If you do not receive an email within 2 business days, try checking your spam folder. If it still isn’t there, contact abhi@dtcexperts.co.

Recordings of the talks are shared after the conference on the DTC Experts video portal. 

Talks and panel discussions are generally 20-30 minutes.
