Dan Reich, Co-Founder & President of DIBS Beauty, sold his previous company TULA Skincare to P&G after hitting $150M in sales in 2021. Recently, he launched Personal Day in partnership with Lili Reinhart – another skincare brand! Michael Satow sold his company Bonafide Health to Pharmavite for $425M in 2023. Till date, he has 4 9-figure exits. In this closing keynote session we are going to understand the idea selection, hiring, and leadership frameworks both Dan and Michael have leveraged to build - and keep building - successful businesses. Everyone here has a lot to learn from them and we're super excited to bring this discussion to the main stage!
